What is your desirable future - Given today, will it make people feel happier.
Is the Vision compelling enough - How would a Status-quoists amongst us respond to it? Gladly? Would people be willing to do hard work, sincere efforts and sacrifices?
How do we ensure that the Vision is Realistic. If not within the grasp, will it be seen as achievable by a group of hardworking people?
How do ensure that it includes Right Focus on manageable and coherent set of Goals.
How do we Build in flexibility This is essential as with the changing circumstances the vision can change too.
Ensure that vision is easily communicated and understood by all people Inside and outside the organisation.
