Must Posses an Accounting Degree.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 4 years post qualification Banking/Financial Service company experience.
• Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Business intelligence software), good communication skills, both oral & written, and work under tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management

Knowledge Banking systems & processes an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in law or banking. 
• If a lawyer, 3 to 5 years experience in a bank; if a non-lawyer, 10 years officer level experience in a bank, including 3 to 5 years experience handling a similar assignment.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, with experience of submitting concise but comprehensive reports to senior executives. 
• Ability to communicate in Arabic will be an advantage.
• Good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling banking matters in a legal firm.

Broad knowledge of and experience in the laws relevant to international business in general and international banking and finance in particular.

Sound knowledge of international banking law / practice and products / services.

Exposure to other areas of risk such as market risk, operational risk could be an advantage but not an essential requirement.
