- University degree in any discipline. Preferred- Business Administrative, Accounting or Banking and Finance.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- LEAN Principles.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in front office of Retail or corporate banking.
- 3-4 Year of Quality improvement/ Process redesign experience in banking, preferably at enterprise level using LEAN Six Sigma tools.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification and projects executed in Banking is highly preferred.
- People management / Team handling experience.
- Skilled in business operations, value chain analysis, BPM, business process design, LEAN / Six Sigma, as well as organizational design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Good People Management, Teamwork and personal skills.
- Computer literate especially in MS Office, process flow, MS Project and Statistical tools e.g. MINITAB (preferred).

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 10 years in treasury front/ middle and back office related work-experience.
- Banking and Finance experience.
- Knowledge in derivative transaction product process-flow control, accounting and documentation
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services industry processes, with a focus on treasury front, middle and back office operations, regulatory/compliance, accounting/financial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for reporting transaction processing exceptions and liasing deal capturing/ accounting issues finalizing complex structured transaction documentation, ISDA, ISMA, GMRA, CSA, CTA, specific transaction confirmation etc.
- Analytical skills, specifically the ability to assess and decompose financial services industry processes utilizing a risk and control focus.
- Process re-engineering, team building, and project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability in the advancement and application of ideas.

Key Skills :- Thorough understanding on foreign exchange, money market, bonds & securities, exchange traded/over-the-counter derivatives and structured product transaction recording, pricing/valuation, documentation, accounting and regulatory reporting related processes. |
