Plan the annual sales and marketing strategy in consultation with the Unit Head
Aggressively develop new business from key target customer segments, viz. large/ medium scale corporate and commercial customers
Review the existing portfolio in a timely manner, establish appropriate account Plan, and recommend
Implement and maintain control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of account, documentation, periodical client visits / call reports, stock inspections and formal credit checks / informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.
Implement action plans in order to increase commercial asset (funded and non-funded) and liability book.
Maximize cross selling of bank products, especially retail products to commercial banking customers/ employees
Qualifications and Skills:
Should have his own existing book which he needs to get on board
Good communication skills both oral and written
MS Office Proficiency
SRM/RM - Wholesale Banking
