Deliver the revenue and balance sheet targets assigned to Branches, Direct Sales, Priority Banking & Wealth Management.
Develop annual business plans and strategic priorities in conjunction overall Bank plans.
Develop business targets for each unit in consultation with Chief Executive Officer and keeping in line with the Bank’s business objectives. Ensure that the business objectives and targets are cascaded to the individual staff members.
Grow the distribution network of the bank. Increase branches as per plan. Grow the direct sales team to improve coverage.
Manage the transition of branches into sales and service business units. Create a culture of sales and delivery of superior customer service within the network
Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 15-20 years’ experience in banking with at least 5 years in managing consumer banking business at senior levels in well established and recognized financial institutions.
