Job Description

  • To ensure optimum availability of IT Services assigned in service catalogue. Service availability to Business / customers is monitored and necessary controls are implemented.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and timely resolution of problem reported. Technical glitches are reported to vendors and follow-up for early resolution.
  • To ensure timely update of bug fixes and patches following approved change and release management policies.
  • To enhancement of support and maintenance contracts.
  • To ensure safety, security and integrity of enterprise data.
  • To ensure satisfactory audit ratings through strict adherence of policies, processes and procedures.
  • To submit KPI, IT Services availability and compliance reports.
  • To participate in the annual IT Budget process.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree or equivalent in IT Related subjects
  • ITIL certification
  • 3+ years in banking/finance industry supporting business critical applications like core, trade, treasury.
  • Good leadership and team building skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
