Provide users with technical support on all banking applications and develop the required functions, interfaces and reports.
The application services department is mainly Provide the first level of support to all bank staff in relation to Banking / Business Applications Functions, Interfaces and Reports by receiving the calls and email then Provide second level support by performing technical analysis on production issues and testing problems in relation to Business Applications and Interfaces, Also Develop any required function / script / report / package / procedure to fulfill the user's requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years work experience
Customer service oriented.
Mentally alert, can express ideas clearly and have convincing & presentation skills.
Banking business background.
