Job Description

  • A Business Development Manager works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Develop a growth strategy for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products and servicesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years work experience
  • Preferably from Banking sector in Mortgage & Real-estate / Life insurance / Real estate
  • Arabic speaker 
  • Arab National
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
