Job Description

  • Set, Update and automate workflow for all HR-Operations processes.
  • Prepare / Update HR-Operations policies and procedures.
  • Manage Employees’ Services team verifying and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities.
  • Manage staff credit and loan files executed by Employees’ Services team in order to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to the required procedure.
  • Prepare staff cost yearly budget.
  • Manage operations team in preparing the payroll and cost allocation for Egypt Region staff and related issues, taxes, social insurance, etc.
  • Managing all HR-related systems’ projects, implementations & Maintenance
  • Provide technical support to NBAD Egypt in terms of HRIS functions (PA, Objectives, A/L utilization, etc…).
  • Supervise Personnel & Payroll Manager preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual staff payments (i.e.; Bonus, Profit Share, phone bills, etc.)
  • Provide MIS, HR-Related analysis / periodic reports.
  • Provide technical support to HR team to maintain up to date annual/sick leave records.
  • Ensuring the follow up of the Employees’ Services team on timely documents and renewals such as employment contracts, confirmation of service, retirements, work permits, and take the necessary actions for further steps.
  • Supervise Out boarding & end of service indemnity (EOSI) prepared by the Employees’ Services team.
  • Verifying reports generated by Employees’ Services team
  • Providing support for all HR-systems to Egypt Region employees.
  • Develop training/career development plan for direct reports.
  • Other duties assigned by line manager.
