Job Description

  • Act as the focal point relationship and main point of contact with Priority Banking customers.
  • Prepare and execute Sales plan concerning Priority Banking customers in view of Bank strategy, goals and specified targets.
  • Establish and develop a trusted relationship with Priority Banking customers to promote the bank’s products & services in view of customer needs.
  • Grow customer portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships and attracting new to bank clients and closing deals.
  • Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBE regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new to bank Priority Banking customers.
  • Retain existing valuable customers through focused relationship management activities.
  • Provide Bank’s advice on potential financial solutions based on customer risk profile and identified financial requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries.
  • Develop opportunities to increase the sales production and cross selling.
  • Maximize profitability.
  • Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies and procedures. 
  • Coach and assist the Priority Banking Service RM at the branch to enhance productivity and achieve the set targets.
  • Cross-sell and refer business to other business of the bank (SMB, Treasury , ….)
Job Profile:
  • Education Level: Bachelor Degree
  • Language: Advanced English
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 5 years,2 of which in relationship management
  • Computer Skills: Good standard computer skills
