Job Description

  • Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning; and link a company‚Äôs management with its employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as HR manager 
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar job role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment
