Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning; and link a company’s management with its employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR manager
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Minimum 5 years in a similar job role is preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build trusted relationships through all levels of the organization
