Job Description

  • Ensures that the bank is focused on the key customer segments it hopes to attract and retain by setting up and implementing a plan action to build, grow, and maintain relationships with selected segments. 
  • To Plan and coordinate all strategic and tactical initiatives related to customer acquisitions and customer value management across all segments. Moreover, to address all support functions in regards to CVM unit requests’ and agenda plan.
  • Identify key segments that should be targeted and managed.
  • Research and understand the segments responsible for in terms of size, market share projected profitability to the bank, cross sell ratios, revenue generated as well as the behavior aspect such as needs and drivers.
  • Establish financial targets to achieve in terms of: Market share, Salary transfers, Deposit growth, Cards growth, Loans growth, Cross sell ratio ,Revenue  and Profitability.
  • Establish a budget to meet these targets.
  • Carry out the activities needed to establish and build relationships with the designated segments.
  • Report to management on achievements regarding targets.
  • Play critical role in processing all marketing/advertising briefs related to new campaigns, events and promotions.
  • Train, coach and guide Segment Officers on their tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related Field and Preferably Master Degree Holder in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • The individual should have 8 years’ experience in marketing driven organization such as major industrial company or a retail organization. 
  • Experience in dealing and interacting with consumers is mandatory. 
  • Additionally experience in writing and implementing business plans is needed.       
  • Ability to conceptualize & research new ideas and analyze them
  • Deadline oriented and works autonomously well under pressure
  • Good knowledge of segmentation techniques
  • Communication capabilities when dealing with front liners and support functions.
