Private Equity Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - GulfBankers Executive Search

Conduct extensive financial analysis including financial modelling and valuation.
Work successfully in a team environment, applying skills of collaboration, negotiation and group decision-making.
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities for the Private Equity department.
Report to and liaise with associates and internal departments on day-to-day deal and process-related issues.

3 to 5 years of experience; out of which at least 2 years in the private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions.
Financial modeling, sector / industry research and investment memo writing skills is key.
Ability to work with due diligence service providers and management of portfolio companies.
Openness and willingness to lea is key since the candidate will be part of a new team.
Teamwork and ability to multi task and work independently.
Background in management consulting or operations is also a plus.

Knowledge of the Saudi local market is a plus.
