Job Description
- Conduct extensive financial analysis including financial modelling and valuation.
- Work successfully in a team environment, applying skills of collaboration, negotiation and group decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities for the Private Equity department.
- Report to and liaise with associates and internal departments on day-to-day deal and process-related issues.
Desired Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience; out of which at least 2 years in the private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions.
- Financial modeling, sector / industry research and investment memo writing skills is key.
- Ability to work with due diligence service providers and management of portfolio companies.
- Openness and willingness to lea is key since the candidate will be part of a new team.
- Teamwork and ability to multi task and work independently.
- Background in management consulting or operations is also a plus.
Key Skills
Knowledge of the Saudi local market is a plus.
