Job Description
- Ensure that risk management requirements and related reporting are adhered.
- Implement risk policy and enforce controls that ensure transaction are carried out in accordance with approved policies/ limits and in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Develop, maintain and modify as required, systems and methodologies, to evalute, measure and monitor risks.
- To review and ensure that credit proposals comply with guidelines of the applicable banking regulatory authority/ies and highlight exceptions, if any.
- Provide management & Business Unit with accurate and timely risk information in agreed formats on a regular scheduled basis.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 6 years of Banking Experience.
- MBA / Professional Accountant CA/ CPA.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Analytical, research oriented and quantitative person.
- Ability to think outside the box and visualize adverse risk scenarios.
- Ability to maintain a robust credit culture and portfolio quality through effective risk assessment techniques and strong controls.
Key Skills
Familiarity and stay abreast with new concepts and competitive trends in risk management.
