Job Description
- To develop, maintain and lead a highly effective Operational Risk and Compliance Management function for the bank.
- To advice and consult with senior management regarding the need to implement appropriate Risk Management practices within the business operational areas.
- To take responsibility for the planning, implementing and maintaining a framework for the Regulatory Compliance of the bank.
- To work with internal and external audit functions in order to demonstrate the company compliance with defined operational risk management standards.
Desired Profile
- University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance, and / or Economics from a recognized university.
- Excellent command of English.
- Detailed knowledge of the bank’s services, products, systems and operations.
- Understanding of control issues.
- Self starter; energetic; ability to complete complex assignments under time pressure; tenacity; good communicator and relationship manager.
