  • Responsible for managing the Credit Risk Dept. for the Retail Banking.
  • Portfolio management skills.
  • Managed a collections and recovery team.

  • Ability to conduct quarterly reviews of credit policies with the objective to supporting asset growth but managing delinquency.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • At least 6 - 10 relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of both conventional and financing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review operations and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work closely with Branch Managers and support them in meeting business targets.
