Job Description :
  • Will have primary responsibility for all front office performance reporting & analytics, database management and systems maintenance, implementation and development. 
  • Will also be responsible for basic quantitative analysis.
  • To ensure that Fund Management/Research have access to and receive all relevant information and analytics on a timely basis while ensuring accuracy and integrity of all the underlying data. 
  • To ensure that the delivery channels for all this information are streamlined for efficiency and ease of access.
  • Responsible for managing all front office systems dealing with portfolio & risk analytics as well as research tools.
  • Responsible for managing and developing automated spreadsheet and database solutions in order to improve and optimize Research input, output and analytical tools. 
  • Responsible for integrating and managing any transitions to new system tools that front office may use/employ.
  • In charge of maintaining any historical information/analytics databases as required for front office use.
  • Responsible for quantitative analysis on equities which will include basic stock screening, back-testing of factors and simple modeling.
Desired Profile :
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as quantitative analyst / performance analyst / equity analyst at an investment banking.
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Change management.
  • People management/development.
Key Skills : Experience in asset management firm.
