Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the Product Development activities across the Bank.
- Ensuring that business objectives and strategies are reflected in the Product Development processes and that Product Development-related services are delivered in a professional and proactive manner in partnership with Division/ Department Heads.
- Will direct and oversee the development of private, retail and corporate products across the bank and manage their implementation through the respective sales channels.
Desired Profile
- Bachelors Degree.
- At least 5 - 10 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Flexible and able to function well under pressure.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- He will also have the necessary skills to think strategically, work flexibly and drive change so that he can successfully identify and implement a solid strategy.
Key Skills
Experience of sourcing and implementing new product lines.
