Job Description
- Responsible for the selling of a specified consumer banking product class, ensuring the achievement of agreed business objectives for growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- To contribute to overall sales targets through the promotion and cross-selling of the Company’s other consumer banking products.
- Contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy for the allocated products, ensuring alignment with overall company and team goals.
- Ensure optimal sales and service delivery of the products for the achievement of the unit’s sales targets and meeting customers needs.
- Identify new customer channels with a view to increasing sales opportunities. Maintain an on-going list of customers in the pipe-line with clear products being sold.
- Market product propositions to maximize market share and penetration into target market listed/new companies, focusing on customer needs and implementing acquisition actions for them.
- Actively pursue opportunities to cross-sell other products and introduce customers to the relevant specialist colleagues where required.
- Manage and monitor day to day operational processes and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary, in order to improve the efficiency of the business and customers experience.
- Provide competition market analysis and close tracking of competitor actions and make recommendations for improving product competitiveness in the market.
- Proactively develop the necessary knowledge and skills required to achieve delivery and provide accurate and current advice and appropriate support to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and Company guidelines relating to customer acceptance, data protection, money laundering and KYC.
Desired Profile
- Bachelors Degree.
- At least 10 - 12 years experience.
