Job Description
- Manage and control timely and accurate processing of all items in order to achieve quality standards for service and accuracy. Ensure that each Unit, Corporate Processing Centre and Credit Control provide value added consultative Services to its internal and external customers, Business Banking Group and Correspondent Bank.
- Transactions are to be processed in accordance with international regulations and procedures.
- To oversee, manage and support the corporate business in the locations associated, and to ensure proper control over the operations and the execution of business.
Desired Profile
- Bachelors Degree.
- At least 3 years in similar leadership position – supervising a team of 30+ individuals.
- Strong leadership.
- Familiarization with Cash Management and Trade Products
- Previous experience in Operations would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with large groups of peers / relationship managers.
- Customer oriented, customer calling experience.
- Temenos T24 or Finacle Systems experience preferred.
