Job Description
- Will be responsible for Managing the transactional services team inclusive of the following disciplines card operations, treasury office, asset operations and corporate asset operations.
- The management spans across both on-shore and off-shore teams.
- Will be responsible to ensure that Customer Focus is key across the functions and ensures that constant improvement to the processes to maintain a competitive edge over the market practices.
- Will be responsible for working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that all SLA’s and KPI are met on a daily/monthly basis.
- Will be responsible for planning, forecasting, development and implementation of Middle Office Strategy, hiring and people development.
- Will be responsible to deliver on the core-competencies framework defined for the position (AVP).

- Requires a high level of attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
