Job Description
- Coordinate with business partners in driving execution of key initiatives.
- Drive excellence in performance at business units outsourced through dedicated customer focus, tight operating discipline, clear and standardized processes and by enhancing customer relationships.
- Understand key customer/business unit service requirements and work with internal and external partners to achieve target levels of service.
- Develop sustainable strategic performance improvement (PI) programme with focus on Lean principles and techniques to be implemented across all business units.
- Leverage Lean, Six Sigma and other PI techniques to drive engagement and excellence in service delivery.
- Re-engineering support for service delivery.
- Develop efficiency and effectiveness goals in coordination with business partners.
- Develop road map to achieve aforementioned goals.
- Work in close coordination with operating to teams to deliver on goals.
- Escalate and resolve key issues.

- Required to carry out the job, not what the current or recommended incumbent possesses.
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
- Any professional certification required
- PMP/ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
