- University degree in any discipline. Preferred- Business Administrative, Accounting or Banking and Finance.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- LEAN Principles.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in front office of Retail or corporate banking.
- 3-4 Year of Quality improvement/ Process redesign experience in banking, preferably at enterprise level using LEAN Six Sigma tools.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification and projects executed in Banking is highly preferred.
- People management / Team handling experience.
- Skilled in business operations, value chain analysis, BPM, business process design, LEAN / Six Sigma, as well as organizational design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Good People Management, Teamwork and personal skills.
- Computer literate especially in MS Office, process flow, MS Project and Statistical tools e.g. MINITAB (preferred).
