Organize control and overall supervision of department to ensure the function of the department correspond with and is in line with Banks policy and procedure.
Provide efficient and cost effective operational services in support of the bank’s business objectives.
Ensure sufficient resource is available in Credit operations necessary to deliver agreed service standards.
The job holder is also responsible to conceptualise, plan, design, implement technology solutions, leading to centralisation of credit administration operations with an aim to improve productivity, reduce cost and to ensure conformance to set quality standards.
Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized international education institute
4 - 5 years of Administrative experience preferably in bank or financial institution, in the field of either Credit Analysis / Monitoring / Administration
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables
Ability to effectively communicate in English. Quick Learner and Achievement oriented
Good Communication skills
Good in Teamwork
