Job Description

General Compliance duties include:
  • Support and assist in the implementation of the compliance action plan and monitoring programmes established for Saudi Arabia;
  • Provide support in keeping the entity up to date on any regulatory changes and escalate any gaps with processes and policies;
  • Provide support in training programs and providing advice to staff in relation to local rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures;
  • Assist in the preparation of periodical reporting requested either by London/Switzerland, Head of Compliance for the MEA region, and the local authorities;
  • Assist the Compliance Manager/Head of Compliance to provide support for senior management to ensure a high service quality for our clients;
  • Support in conducting Cross Border and Suitability Monitoring;
  • Assist in the establishing and provide support in maintaining effective AML policies, procedures, systems and controls in compliance with applicable CMA AML regulations; 
  • Perform customer due diligence checks (KYC) on new and existing clients as per local requirements and in accordance with global AML standards;
  • Assisting on MENA New Business Projects; and
  • Provide Corporate Governance advice and Corporate Secretarial support to all MEA entities.
