A Business Development Manager works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develop a growth strategy for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products and servicesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
7-9 years work experience
Preferably from Banking sector in Mortgage & Real-estate / Life insurance / Real estate
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
