Provide MIS, HR-Related analysis / periodic reports.
Provide technical support to HR team to maintain up to date annual/sick leave records.
Ensuring the follow up of the Employees’ Services team on timely documents and renewals such as employment contracts, confirmation of service, retirements, work permits, and take the necessary actions for further steps.
Supervise Out boarding & end of service indemnity (EOSI) prepared by the Employees’ Services team.
Verifying reports generated by Employees’ Services team
Providing support for all HR-systems to Egypt Region employees.
Develop training/career development plan for direct reports.
Other duties assigned by line manager.
