Job Description

Overview and Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst Role:
  • Analysts work across product lines and the role offers individuals a broad understanding of all business areas.  To contribute innovation, risk control and expense management skills to the development upgrades You’ll work in a fast paced environment and gain diversified product and business knowledge. Your network will be global in nature .This role includes the following:
  • Responsible for the Account opening function in T24 BP platform. Ensure the request is made comply to the procedural checklist and sent for approval.
  • Perform the Inter /Intra security transfer   Request. Ensure the request is submitted for the approval. Inform the front office towards the status of the transfer. 
  • Perform the Pledge / Unpledged   Request. Ensure the request is submitted for the approval. Inform the front office towards the status of pledging. 
  • Capture the entire event Announcement from Tadawul. Update the announcement in excels AS sheet. Submit to asset servicing in charge to update in the spread sheet. 
  • Prepare and send the daily trades clients confirmation to the client’s address by email Ensure to follow dual control before sending the report. 
  • Process Client Modification request with the supporting document. Ensure to authenticate the signature of the client before performing any action. 
  • Responsible for filing the account opening form. Appropriate record keeping for any modification of the PB client.
  • Updates check List for the Daily actions.
  • Add new product /Shares in OMS. Submit to the asset servicing in charge staff to update the new stock in the spread sheet. 
  • Responsible for sending Monthly Holding & Transaction statement to the clients. Ensure the updated clients contact inventory details are used for sending the statements. 
  • Assist Audit Requirement. Follow up Audit tracking Open Actions. 
  • Active Contribution in all required enhancement new business projects within exchanges or T24 .
  • Continuous update & adhere Ops Policy and Procedure. 
  • Attend weekly Team Meeting.
  • Monthly DR Site Visit BCP testing for the critical application –Report the status to Supervisor.
  • Contribute to Access product Development and functions. 
  • Send Customized Daily Report to clients.  
  • Make sure all the breaks are cleared in Intellimatch. Propose the manual matching with the appropriate reference 
  • Perform imputer functions in AMH swift transition factory system. 
  • Complete the process of submitting subscription form for the right issue for PB clients. 
  • Process all debits/credits transactions for our prefunding clients account via T24 and banking systems.
  • Update and reconcile the balances of Ops Nostro accounts on a daily basis.
  • Prepare the daily brokerage activity transactions report and the daily breaks statistical report..
  • Make sure all the hard copy documents are filled. Client files and client signature are updated. 
  • Prepare Audit Trail for the entire hard copy documents
Work Experience/Background:
  • 3-5 Years’ Experience in Investment/private Banking Operations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Certified by CMA
  • An understanding of the Tadawul Exchange Trading & CSD rules
  • SWIFT & Treasury Knowledge
  • T24 experience –Nice to have
  • Working in international markets operations
  • Loan and credit administration knowledge
