The Structured Finance Manager will take a leading role in the origination of new financing vehicles to diversify the Group's funding structure. By utilising a broad range of technical accounting and treasury skills, they will focus on the execution of new, as well as the refinancing of existing, debt facilities.
Primary job duties include financial marketing support, organizing and maintaining due diligence, pro forma and scenario modeling, negotiation of loan agreements, managing internal coordination efforts and management of third party project advisors.
Analyze financial outcomes, define pricing strategy and impacts.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required and maintain detailed pipeline in CRM system.
Lead cross-functional collaboration within internal resources including sales, marketing, legal, construction, operations and accounting in order to market to clients, negotiate the structure of transactions and to execute closings
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in science related disciplines, finance or accounting
Prior experience ideally gained within corporate banking, investment banking, debt advisory, rating agency or equivalent
Strong financial modelling skills in MS Excel
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure
