Job Description

  • To lead and manage central and back office operations. 
  • Candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of the daily operational activity.
  • They will also delvelop, deliver and continuously inprove all the environments needed to provide the best service to their customers. 
  • Effectively develop operations strategy which is translated to targets and performance. 
  • Ensure the processing activities are conducted according to policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA typical - Business, finance, or a related field.
  • Should have operations experience required.
  • Delegation, business, finance, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Management skills
  • Decision-making skills 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Evidence of applying strategic thinking to operational services, with a track record of delivering innovation and exceeding goals.
  • Prior people leadership experience gained in a customer-facing function. Demonstrable ability to inspire, motivate and deliver continuous team performance improvements.
