Job Description

  • Responsible for reviewing CPM abiding to The bank’s strategy, credit policy and Country regulations, Assist in preparing Marketing research regarding its business sub-sector/ sector as a step in identifying and converting targeted client’s to active relationships
  • The range and scope of his work would range from helping clients with their account details to giving advice on financial investments. 
  • Deepening existing relationships and monitoring the credit risk associated with the portfolio, within the operating and strategic plans and in accordance with credit guidelines.
  • Collection of all Legal, Financial and Technical documents sufficient for conducting a proper Due Diligence on the targeted client.
  • Client-oriented professional to pro-actively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction ratings through successful working relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with approved terms & covenants
  • Processing executive summary to obtain in principle approval
Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Graduate
  • minimum 8 years of experience in Banking including 
  • Balance sheet analysis and Key financial ratios
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Confidence and Presentation skills
  • Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets
  • Ability to communicate, identify and analyse customer requirements, provide and sell need-based solutions to customers effectively
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good negotiation skills
