Oversee and manage multiple related projects and improvement initiatives throughout the planning, implementation and execution phases, so as to drive synergy with an objective to expedite benefit realization, maximize ROI and help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
Lead a multiple projects both strategic and client driven through the provision of project management, business analysis and testing capabilities, to ensure adequate control & risk management measures are implemented.
Define and write Business Requirement Documents in line with Bank standards, highlight and track risk issues and help the team to deliver quick solutions.
Act as a strategic intermediary between various business departments and the projects team during elicitation exercise, to ensure that the agreed scope is aligned towards the organizational goals and is communicated clearly in a well-documented manner to minimize scope creep.
Collaborate with IT projects team during project execution phase, to ensure the implemented solutions are in line with the defined scope.
Develop a program surrounding multiple related projects with an objective to drive them in one direction, so as to maximize the ROI.
Participate in planning phase with an objective to define project pacing, so as to derive incremental benefits even before the program is completed and thereby realizing return on investment during the program lifecycle.
