Job Description

  • A business development director also leads sales and client-relationship management, tracks new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships, writes proposals and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer relationship activities.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. 
  • To identify existing markets, or new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets - and then to go out and exploit those opportunities to bring in more revenue.
  • Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new product development.
  • Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus. 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development management experience in the professional services.
  • Preferably from Banking sector in Mortgage & Real-estate / Life insurance.
