Job Description

  • Strong leader with great management experience
  • Managing and leading the HR team in a professional, intelligent and results driven manner.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Managing the HR & Personnel function for all businesses in the group
  • Managing and leading the HR team in a professional, intelligent and results driven manner
  • Record keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc. 
  • Liaising with PR department to ensure all administrative work related to government and legal aspects of employment such as visa renewals, entry/exit permits etc. is completed as required
  • Handling conflict & disciplinary situations 
  • Working with finance department in processing attendance and payroll for employees 
  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Develop organizational HR strategy aligned to business needs and aspirations of employees
  • Build and maintain a cooperative network and relevant internal and external partners
  • Work effectively as a team member to support and implement process for: Performance management, training and development and organizational development 
  • Develop a competitive compensation strategy that will enable the company to attract, motivate and retain a high caliber of employees including pay scale 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar job role is preferred
  • Strong HR Business acumen required
  • Strong leader with great management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in HR operations and Labor Laws
  • Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build trusted relationships through all levels of the organization
