Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree level qualification in marketing and/or business degree.
Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
Must be great business leader as well as great marketing leader.
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
