Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree level qualification in marketing and/or business degree.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
  • Must be great business leader as well as great marketing leader.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
