Job Description

  • The role holder is responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of corporate customers in order to achieve the target for the division keeping in mind the customer satisfaction objectives. 
  • The role holder also manages a team of relationship managers, assistant relationship managers and support officers and enables them to achieve the set targets & KPIs. 
  • Contributes in the development of the division’s strategy and implements strategic plans for own division in line with the organizational objectives.
  • Provides inputs and supports the preparation of the annual budget for the division by managing the annual budget for own department, tracks expenditure and ensures adherence to the budget.
  • Ensures effective plans for sourcing prospects and developing new customers are in place and properly implemented by the Relationship Managers.
  • Develops corporate loan structures and prices for key customers/large client and ensures all the internal guidelines and procedures are strictly followed to protect Company's interest.
  • Develops a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in the division and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the team.
  • Collaborates with Marketing & Product Development to increase brand awareness, launch new campaigns or new corporate products.
  • Manages the Corporate support division to ensure Customer application and documentation are in order and fees and down payment are collected on time.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis on marketing/finance or equivalent; 
  • Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience out of which 3 years in a Corporate Relationship Manager position
