Job Description

  • To assist the Chief Mgr- Product development in developing and monitoring the Privilege Banking, mainly  Al Khaas products & services with close coordination with various external vendors/business units /branches .Based on the market research , ensure competitive & innovative products in line with Bank’s internal policies and regulatory framework of the CBO / CMA.
  • Negotiating with external vendors for providing services at  competitive rates to privilege banking customers 
  • Responsible for enhancing liability values in the portfolio through new acquisition, enhancement and by necessary activities to prevent attrition, activation of inactive/ dormant customers under each category in line with the respective benchmarks.
  • Support Privilege RM’s & Retail Branch Network with sales/promotional/products/training/educational related activities. 
  • Seek for new product opportunities and reports them to the Chief Mgr – Product Development .
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures, regulations and laws are compiled.
  • Assists Product development team in insurance product management, P&L management, product feasibility and profitability studies, new product feature development. 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of banking experience, preferably 5-6 years in Privilege Banking  Product Development & Business Management.
  • The candidate should be a product specialist with exposure in privilege banking product department in local banks/GCC
  • Experience in Product Management/ Sales
  • Excellent Communication & presentation skills
  • Good Analytical & strong Planning skills
  • Good Sales skills with strong understanding and command of Market research 
  • Good PC skills (MS Office, PPT, others) with a sound business acumen and judgment
  • Keen financial understanding
  • High level of technical awareness on banking products and services
  • Capability to create and execute customer/ channel campaigns
